Depending on the airline, and the booking system, we may still be able to add extra services to your booking after you have checked in. Please remember that products and services (such as seats and baggage) purchased after you have checked in may not appear on your boarding passes, but airline representatives at the airport will still be able to see them in their booking system.
If you want to cancel or change your trip, you need to first contact the airline to have your check-in cancelled, then reach out to us to change or cancel your trip. Some airlines also offer the option to cancel the check-in on their website.
