If you are eligible for a refund we can send a refund application to the airline on your behalf. When and if the request is granted by the airline and the amount has been refunded to us, we will process your refund in accordance with the airline’s policy and our Terms and Conditions, which you can find here. The refund amount will be paid out to your original form of payment.
Our current average handling time for refunds after receiving funds from the airline is 6 days. While most airlines process refunds in under 5 business days, the entire process can take 10-15 business days from the time you confirm cancellation until we process the payout. Please note that we have no control over the processing time by your payment provider or bank after refunding your account.
